It is with a heavy heart that we announce, after a thorough review, the Pacific Skyline Council has decided to cancel our Cub Scout Day Camp programs. Since the spread of this pandemic, we have been continually monitoring the situation, and consulting with health experts, government officials, and other camp professionals. As such, we have taken a careful and informed approach in evaluating the operation of our camping programs this year. #Many point scout patch update#Update on Pacific Skyline Council Camping ProgramsĪs always, the safety of all our members, volunteers, and employees is the Pacific Skyline Council’s top priority. Attendees will also be briefed upon arrival at any program. Prior to attending a program, participants and their families will receive information specific to that program. These regulations change from time to time and it is anticipated that regulations in effect in 2021 will change to some degree by the summer of 2022. The Pacific Skyline Council will be following all local, state, and federal regulations for managing the spread of COVID-19 during our 2021 outdoor programs. But these activities must be done safely. We’re ready to get back to seeing each other in-person again - serving the community, going on fun outings and having outdoor adventures.
